Role Description
The Real Estate Agent will play a key role in assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties while providing outstanding customer service and maintaining a deep knowledge of the local market. Responsibilities include preparing property listings, conducting property showings, and negotiating transactions. Agents will maintain client relationships, market properties effectively, and guide clients through their real estate journey with transparency and professionalism. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Palm Coast, FL, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
Active Real Estate License to operate as a licensed real estate agent
Strong skills in Sales, Real Estate, and Real Property transactions
Excellent Customer Service abilities to build and maintain client relationships
Knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Independent, self-motivated, and results-driven with the ability to operate in a hybrid work environment
Experience in using technology and real estate tools is a plus
