Job Description: Gritology Inc. is seeking an ambitious Entry-Level Brand Marketing Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you'll represent nationally recognized brands, engage with customers in a retail environment, help execute marketing campaigns, and contribute to building strong customer relationships. What You'll Do
Represent client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm
Execute face-to-face brand marketing initiatives in retail locations
Build relationships with new and existing customers
Educate customers on products, services, and promotional offers
Collaborate with leadership to support campaign goals
Participate in daily training focused on marketing, communication, and leadership development
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude with a desire to learn
Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus
Strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
