Role Description This full-time, on-site Licensed Real Estate Professional role is based in Sedgwick, Sumner, Cowley, Harvey & Reno Counties. The professional will represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions, including property showings, listing consultations, contract preparation, and negotiations. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, maintaining relationships with current and past clients, conducting market analyses, and staying informed about local market trends and regulations. The role involves preparing and reviewing real estate documents, coordinating with lenders, inspectors, and closing agents, and ensuring smooth transactions from initial contact through closing. The professional will also use company tools and marketing resources to promote listings, build a personal brand, and contribute to the team's overall success.
Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property, including local market conditions and relevant regulations
Experience or interest in Real Estate Development and related property improvement or investment strategies
Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing transactions
Excellent Customer Service abilities, with a focus on responsiveness, clear communication, and client advocacy
Active real estate license in the state of Kansas, or eligibility to obtain one
Ability to work on-site including evenings and weekends as needed
Comfort with real estate technology platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
