Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Queens, NY. The Real Estate Agent will represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in residential and commercial transactions across Queens, Long Island, and Brooklyn. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, conducting property showings, preparing and presenting offers, and guiding clients through negotiations, inspections, and closings. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, creating and updating listings, collaborating with the brokerage team on marketing strategies, and delivering responsive client service throughout each transaction. The Real Estate Agent is expected to uphold ethical standards, comply with all state and local regulations, and actively participate in community and networking activities to build a strong client base.
Qualifications

Active New York State Real Estate License and a solid understanding of Real Estate principles and practices.
Sales and Real Property experience, including listing, marketing, and closing residential or commercial transactions.
Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and manage client expectations.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with Queens, Long Island, and Brooklyn neighborhoods and local market conditions.
Comfort with technology, including MLS systems, CRM tools, virtual tour platforms, and standard office software.
Ability to work on-site, manage a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends, and travel locally for showings and appointments.
Prior experience as a real estate agent or in a related sales or property management role is preferred.
