Duties

Perform framing, door hanging, siding, roofing, and trim carpentry tasks across residential projects.
Operate woodworking machines safely to fabricate custom fixtures and structural elements according to specifications.
Material handling safely on-site while adhering to power tool safety standards.
Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure construction plans are followed accurately and efficiently.
Skills
Experience in construction estimating, interpreting technical drawings, and reading blueprints.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools for woodworking, and wood construction materials.
Strong background in residential carpentry including framing, flooring installation.
Scaffolding setup, and roofing procedures.
Familiarity with schematics for electrical fixtures or HVAC systems related to carpentry projects.
Ability to operate woodworking machines safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean work environment.
Skilled in the use of construction site safety protocols including power tool safety standards and working at heights.
Demonstrated ability to interpret construction plans accurately for remodeling or renovation projects.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to project changes or unforeseen challenges.
