Role Description: The Early Childhood Teacher is a full-time, on-site role located in Corpus Christi, TX. This role is responsible for planning and delivering age-appropriate lessons, activities, and experiences that support children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Day-to-day tasks include creating and implementing curriculum, leading classroom instruction, observing and documenting child progress, and maintaining a safe and orderly learning environment. The teacher will communicate regularly with families about their child's development, collaborate with colleagues on classroom and school initiatives, and adhere to organizational policies and licensing requirements. Additional responsibilities include preparing materials, organizing the classroom, and participating in staff meetings, trainings, and school events.

Pay: $12/hour
Qualifications:

Demonstrated skills in Early Childhood Education and Child Development to support the growth and learning of young children.
Strong Teaching and Working With Children abilities, including classroom management and positive guidance strategies.
Experience with Curriculum Development, including planning and implementing age-appropriate, engaging lessons.
Ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
High school diploma or GED required.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related field preferred.
Knowledge of health, safety, and licensing standards for early childhood settings.
Capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team and maintain a professional, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment.
CPR/First Aid & Food Handler certification is required.
