Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY for a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson or Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker. The professional in this role will prospect for new clients, follow up on leads, and build a pipeline of buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting property showings, hosting open houses, preparing and presenting listing presentations, and advising clients on pricing, marketing, and market conditions. The role also involves drafting and reviewing offers, negotiating terms, coordinating with attorneys, lenders, and other parties, and guiding clients through each step of the transaction to closing. The individual will be expected to maintain accurate records in CRM systems, stay current on local market trends and regulations, and actively participate in team meetings, trainings, and networking activities.
Qualifications

Active New York State Real Estate Salesperson or Associate Broker license in good standing, with knowledge of local real estate laws and Fair Housing regulations.
Client service and relationship-building skills, including strong communication, active listening, and a consultative approach to understanding client needs.
Sales, negotiation, and deal management abilities, including prospecting, lead conversion, objection handling, and closing transactions.
Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple clients and deals, and maintain accurate documentation.
Comfort with real estate technology and tools, such as CRM platforms, MLS systems, digital marketing tools, and virtual tour or presentation software.
Professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to ethical and non-discriminatory practices in alignment with Fair Housing and company standards.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to thrive in a performance-driven, collaborative environment.
Prior residential or commercial real estate experience, or a background in sales, finance, or customer-facing roles, is preferred but not required.
