Job Type: Independent Contractor Commission-Based
Fitz Osborn Real Estate is a locally owned boutique brokerage serving the Kansas City metro. We're looking for licensed real estate agents who want the freedom to build their own business-with accessible leadership, practical resources, and a supportive group of people behind them.
This opportunity is especially well-suited for established agents who are ready for a more personal brokerage experience, although motivated newer agents are also encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do
Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and your community
Guide clients through the buying and selling process
Generate and follow up with leads
Market listings and your real estate services
Negotiate contracts and manage transactions professionally
Stay current on local market conditions and industry requirements
Represent Fitz Osborn Real Estate with professionalism and integrity
What We're Looking For
Active Missouri real estate license, or currently working toward obtaining one
Experienced agents are strongly encouraged to apply
Self-motivated, dependable, and relationship-focused
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Willingness to grow a sustainable real estate business
A collaborative mindset and commitment to serving clients well
Kansas license is a plus, but not required
Compensation
This is a commission-based independent contractor position. Fitz Osborn offers a competitive compensation structure, with additional details discussed during a confidential conversation.
