Social Media Coordinator / Administrative Assistant

Job Description:
Redeemed Digital is looking for a creative, organized, and dependable Part-Time Social Media Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to join our growing team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys social media, content creation, and digital marketing but is also comfortable helping with day-to-day administrative tasks. The primary focus of this role will be assisting with the creation, scheduling, and management of social media content for Redeemed Digital and our clients.

We're looking for someone who understands what makes content engaging, keeps up with current social media trends, and is comfortable creating professional graphics and content using tools such as Canva and Adobe Express. You'll work across multiple businesses and industries, so the ability to learn different brands, audiences, and voices is important.

In addition to social media responsibilities, this position will assist with general administrative tasks, client communication, CRM management, organization, and other areas of the business as needed.

What You'll Be Doing

Create engaging social media graphics, posts, captions, and short-form content

Help manage social media accounts for multiple Redeemed Digital clients

Schedule and organize content across platforms using Metricool

Stay up to date with social media trends, platform changes, and content ideas

Assist with content planning and monthly social media calendars

Help organize client assets, photos, videos, and marketing materials

Assist with basic photo and video content when needed

Maintain client and lead information within Monday CRM

Assist with client communication and follow-ups

Perform general administrative and organizational tasks

Help keep projects, deadlines, and client deliverables organized

Assist with other marketing and business operations as Redeemed Digital continues to grow

What We're Looking For

Experience with Canva, Adobe Express/Adobe Creative Suite, and social media content creation is strongly preferred.

The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple projects at once. You should be comfortable working independently while also taking direction and collaborating on ideas.

Experience with social media management, graphic design, short-form video, photography, sales, customer service, or CRM systems is a major plus.

You don't need to know everything on day one. We're looking for someone who is willing to learn, take ownership of their responsibilities, and grow with the company.

Position Details

Schedule: Part-time, approximately 25-30 hours per week
Pay: $15-$20 per hour, based on experience
