Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Residential Real Estate Agent at The Broker Reserve. The agent will focus on guiding buyers and sellers through the full transaction cycle, including prospecting, conducting virtual or in-person consultations, preparing and presenting listings, and coordinating showings. Daily responsibilities include analyzing local market data, advising clients on pricing and offer strategies, drafting and negotiating contracts, and collaborating with lenders, inspectors, and title companies to ensure smooth closings. The agent will maintain an organized pipeline using digital tools, respond promptly to leads, and provide ongoing communication and follow-up to build long-term client relationships. The role also involves leveraging brokerage systems, marketing resources, and automation to generate new business and support clients in making informed investment decisions.
Qualifications

Active Real Estate License and familiarity with state and local real estate regulations
Experience in Residential Real Estate, including buyer and seller representation
Background in general Real Estate practices, contracts, and transaction management
New Home Sales and Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing
Strong client service orientation and ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally
Comfort with remote work, digital tools, CRM systems, and virtual meeting platforms
Solid market analysis skills and ability to interpret pricing, trends, and investment potential
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple transactions and deadlines
Prior experience in the Phoenix or Arizona real estate market is preferred but not required
