Job Description: Are you passionate about exercise, biomechanics, and helping people recover from injury and move better? Our integrated healthcare office in Towson, MD is seeking a dynamic, hands-on Corrective Exercise Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team.

At Kalkstein Chiropractic, we've developed a unique approach that integrates chiropractic care, physical rehabilitation, corrective exercise, and regenerative medicine to help patients recover, restore function, and perform at their best.

This is an opportunity for an exercise professional who wants to take their skills beyond the traditional gym setting and work directly with patients in a collaborative, clinical environment.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is clinically minded, highly organized, and:

Passionate about exercise-based rehabilitation and corrective movement
Interested in biomechanics and movement correction
A strong communicator and teacher
Comfortable working hands-on with patients
Team-oriented, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Ideal candidates may have education, certification, or experience in:

Exercise Science or Kinesiology
Personal Training
Corrective Exercise
Strength & Conditioning
Sports Performance
Athletic Training
Functional or post-surgical rehabilitation

Key Responsibilities

Guide patients through one-on-one and small-group functional exercise sessions
Implement prescribed corrective exercise and rehabilitation programs
Coach proper movement mechanics and exercise technique
Assist patients progressing through post-surgical and injury rehabilitation
Lead core stabilization, mobility, strength, and functional movement programs
Support return-to-activity and performance-based training
Monitor patient progress and communicate with chiropractors and other members of the clinical team
