Role Description The Marketing Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Alpharetta, GA, supporting the firm's marketing and client engagement efforts. This role involves assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, managing social media and digital presence, and coordinating content for newsletters, events, and client communications. The Marketing Associate will help conduct market research, track campaign performance, and prepare reports to support business development initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with advisors and staff on marketing projects, maintaining brand consistency across materials, coordinating events and seminars, and providing administrative support related to marketing activities. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a growing wealth management firm and to learn the fundamentals of financial services marketing.
Qualifications

Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional client interaction.
Ability to conduct Market Research to analyze target audiences, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Foundational Sales and Marketing skills to support campaign execution, lead generation, and brand positioning.
Solid Project Management skills to organize tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate multiple marketing initiatives.
Proficiency with office and marketing tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems, social media platforms).
Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards in branding, proofreading, and documentation.
Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment and maintain confidentiality with client information.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Interest in financial services or wealth management; prior experience in a professional services environment is a plus.
