The Catalyst Corporation is hiring a full-time Product Marketing Associate to support our growing retail campaigns in the Oak Brook, IL area. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a team environment, and is interested in building experience in marketing, sales, customer service, and brand representation.
As a Product Marketing Associate, you'll work directly with customers in a face-to-face retail environment, representing client products and services while helping increase brand awareness and customer engagement. You'll receive hands-on training and ongoing coaching to help you succeed in the role.
What You'll Do
Represent client products and services through in-person retail campaigns
Engage with customers and provide information about available products, services, and promotions
Answer customer questions and help identify options based on individual needs
Support customer acquisition and direct sales efforts
Develop a strong understanding of client products and campaign goals
Provide a positive and professional customer experience
Work alongside team members to achieve individual and campaign performance goals
Participate in ongoing training and professional development
