Project Coordinator RISE Construction Multifamily Construction
A subcontract is waiting for execution.
A permit package needs to be filed.
An invoice can't be processed because documentation is missing.
A closeout package is due.
The Project Manager is focused on driving the project forward.
The Superintendent is focused on executing in the field.
Someone has to ensure the details don't get missed.
That's where this role comes in.
We're hiring a Project Coordinator to support construction operations across multiple projects by managing documentation, maintaining project systems, coordinating administrative processes, and helping ensure projects stay organized from startup through closeout.
The best Project Coordinators understand that successful projects aren't built on drawings alone.
They're built on execution, communication, and attention to detail.
What This Role Really Is
This is not a clerical position.
And it's not simply document filing.
This role sits at the intersection of:
Construction Operations
Contract Administration
Project Documentation
Financial Coordination

You'll work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, Accounting, and Executive Leadership to ensure project information is accurate, organized, and available when it's needed.
Your work directly impacts the efficiency of the project team.

Who This Role Is NOT For
This role is probably not a fit if:
You dislike detailed documentation and administrative processes
You struggle to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
You prefer highly repetitive work with little change
You need constant supervision to stay organized
You view construction documentation as paperwork rather than a critical part of project execution
We're looking for someone who understands that great projects are supported by great systems.
