Location: 1420 S Santa Fe Ave, Vista, CA 92084
Full-Time Commission-Based + Bonuses

We're looking for an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
Greet customers and guide them through the car buying process
Maintain in-depth knowledge of our vehicle inventory
Build relationships with customers to establish trust and loyalty
Follow up with potential leads and past customers
Contact and convert internet leads into in-store appointments and sales
Assist with financing options and documentation
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Maintain a clean and professional sales floor and lot presentation
Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age or older
Bilingual is a plus (Spanish/English)
Previous sales experience is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
