As we continue to grow, we're looking for driven and enthusiastic Promotional Marketing Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on, on-site opportunity to gain experience in sales, marketing, and customer engagement while working directly with shoppers in our retail partner locations.
About the Role
As a Promotional Marketing Associate, you'll represent our clients' brands inside partnered retailers, promote products and services, build customer relationships, and drive sales. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys face-to-face interaction, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Promote client products and services through direct sales and marketing campaigns
Engage with customers to create positive experiences and build strong relationships
Represent client brands with professionalism, confidence, and authenticity
Learn and communicate key product and service information
Work closely with team members and leadership to meet and exceed performance goals
Identify new sales opportunities and contribute to overall team success
What We're Looking For
Sales, customer service, retail, or marketing experience is a plus, but not required
