Job Description: Field Service Engineer (m/f/d)
LWB Machinery North America, LP Loveland, Ohio
Join LWB Machinery North America, a member of the Shibaura Group, and help customers throughout North America install, commission, troubleshoot, and optimize state-of-the-art injection molding machinery.
Your Responsibilities:
Installation and start-up of injection molding machines and production systems
Troubleshooting and repair of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Customer support, technical training, and process optimization
Preventive maintenance, rebuilds, and service activities
Frequent travel to customer sites across the region
Your Profile:
Technical degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
Experience in field service, plastics processing, or injection molding preferred
Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
Independent, customer-focused, and solution-oriented
