Job Description: Magnifi Group, Inc. is a leader in medical education, producing nationally recognized conferences for physicians and providing innovative learning technology through our Learn-WiseGo learning management platform.

We are seeking an energetic, self-driven Account Manager to maintain and expand both our physician conference sponsorships and our eLearning licensing agreements. A successful candidate will also provide hands-on support at our annual physician conferences across the US.

Position Summary
The Account Manager is responsible for managing and expanding relationships across our two primary business lines:

IEP Physician conferences
Learn-WiseGo enterprise learning platform

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships and being prepared to roll up their sleeves to help deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

Account Management

Maintain relations with existing IEP conference sponsors and Learn-WiseGo clients
Grow these accounts through renewals and upselling.

Sales

Prospect and cultivate relationships with medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare technology, and professional service companies via attendance at healthcare conferences, outbound emailing, and social media campaigns
Conduct sales presentations
Negotiate and close sponsorships and license agreements

Conference Operations

Coordinate sponsor deliverables and ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled.
Support conference registration and onsite logistics.
Help manage exhibitor setup.
Identify opportunities to improve conference operations and customer satisfaction.

Relationship Management

Build long-term partnerships with sponsors, exhibitors, and enterprise customers.
Maintain regular communication throughout the customer lifecycle.
Ensure exceptional customer service from initial sale through post-event follow-up.

Qualifications

1+ years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor's degree or more required.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
Strong relationship-building abilities.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel both during the week and over weekends.

Compensation

Competitive base salary of between $72K and $75K
