Job Description: About Bullet Entertainment
Bullet Entertainment Inc. is an Austin-area digital entertainment and social media company with a large audience across Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. We specialize in original short-form entertainment and have built and monetized social media pages reaching millions of followers.
We are now looking to partner with a new on-camera creator and help that person build a long-term career creating their own original social media content.The Partnership
We are looking for a Social Media Content Creator / On-Camera Personality who lives in or around the Austin, Texas area and wants to make content creation a serious, long-term career.
This is an independent contractor / creator partnership, not an employee position and not a traditional salaried job. It is also not a remote opportunity.
The selected creator will be the personality behind their own original content. They will not be hired to create content for Michael and Jennifer Harrison.
Bullet Entertainment will provide the selected creator with access to an existing monetized Facebook page and work directly with them to develop a content niche, style, and repeatable formats that fit their personality and strengths.
Bullet will provide training and guidance in:
Developing a specific content niche
Creating highly shareable short-form videos
Developing repeatable concepts, hooks, characters, and formats
Filming effective short-form content
Understanding what makes content perform on Facebook
Posting strategy and consistency
Meta Business Suite
Analytics and performance review
Page management and monetization
Identifying successful content and learning how to repeat what works
The goal is to help the selected creator build a sustainable creator business around their own personality and content.Compensation Structure
This is not a salaried or hourly employee position.
The anticipated creator partnership will use a revenue-sharing model:
Creator: 70% of defined platform earnings
Bullet Entertainment: 30%
Bullet's share is for providing the monetized platform, training, strategy, management, monetization support, and ongoing guidance.
The relationship would be structured through an independent contractor / creator partnership agreement, with final terms agreed upon before beginning the long-term arrangement.
The selection process will begin with interviews and a $50 paid test shoot for candidates invited to that stage.
The strongest candidate may then be invited into an initial 90-day Facebook development period.
If the partnership is successful, Bullet Entertainment may also provide access to a monetized YouTube channel and expand the creator business across additional platforms.
There may also be separate paid opportunities for the creator to work as independent on-camera talent in branded content and local-business productions produced by Bullet Entertainment.Who We Are Looking For
A large existing following is not required, and you do not need to already be a successful influencer.
We are primarily looking for:
Strong natural on-camera presence
Personality and charisma
Creativity
Good storytelling or comedic instincts
Confidence speaking or performing on camera
Reliability and consistency
Ability to take direction and feedback
Willingness to learn
A genuine interest in building a career as a creator
Enough availability to create content consistently
Actors, comedians, improv performers, UGC creators, hosts, aspiring creators, and people with naturally entertaining personalities are encouraged to apply.
Applicants must be 18 or older.Location
This creator partnership is based in the Austin / Georgetown, Texas area.
Applicants must currently live in the Austin-area market or be willing to relocate.
This is not a remote opportunity.
Although some content may be self-produced, the creator must be regularly available for in-person filming, training, strategy sessions, and production with Bullet Entertainment.Existing Social Media Accounts
