We provide free training, dedicated guidance, and guaranteed job placement with a professional property management company in the Atlanta metro area. You bring the work ethic and the aptitude - we handle everything else.
Who We're Looking For
This program is designed for two groups of people:

Skilled tradespeople seeking a career change - with hands-on experience in construction, automotive, handyman, manufacturing, or a similar field
Veterans transitioning to civilian employment - of any branch, with technical, mechanical, electrical, construction, or maintenance experience

No property management experience required. If you're reliable, motivated, and ready to learn, you're who we're looking for.
The Program

Free, fully virtual training - no cost to you
6-week curriculum - complete on your own schedule while still working your current job
Guaranteed placement with a professional property management company in the Atlanta metro area upon successful program completion
Dedicated guidance - Oakmont walks with you every step of the way, from enrollment through your first day on the job and beyond

Compensation & Benefits

During placement period (up to 12 weeks): $22/hour as an Oakmont employee in a temp-to-hire arrangement
Upon direct hire by the property management company: $22-$25/hour plus full benefits package
A clear advancement path - Maintenance Technician, Lead Technician, Maintenance Supervisor - rewards those who show up and grow

What You'll Learn
Our program prepares you to confidently handle the core responsibilities of a Multifamily Maintenance Technician:

Electrical fundamentals and repairs
HVAC systems and troubleshooting
Appliance installation and repair
Plumbing basics and maintenance
