Staffworks Group is seeking an experienced Concrete Foundation Laborer / Concrete Form Carpenter to join our growing construction team. If you have hands-on experience with residential concrete foundations, concrete form installation, and flatwork, we want to hear from you. Compensation: Pay is competitive and based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Install and build concrete forms for residential foundations
- Perform concrete flatwork and foundation preparation
- Tie reinforcing steel (wire tying/rebar installation)
- Assist with concrete placement, finishing, and cleanup
- Read and follow construction plans and job specifications
- Work safely and efficiently on active construction sites
- Collaborate with crew members to complete projects on schedule
QualificationsRequired
- Previous concrete foundation experience is required
- Experience installing concrete forms, flatwork, wire tying, and concrete finishing
- Experience working on residential housing foundations
- Reliable transportation and a dependable vehicle to travel to job sites
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to perform physically demanding work
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Preferred (Not Required)
- Spanish-speaking
- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints
- Carpentry experience related to concrete forming
