About the Position

As a Benefits Representative, you'll work directly with union members who have requested information about their available benefits.

Through scheduled phone and virtual appointments, you'll help members understand their options, answer questions, and walk them through the programs available to them and their families.

The position combines client service, education, and relationship building in a fully remote environment.

What You'll Be Doing
Connect with members through scheduled phone and virtual appointments
Conduct benefit reviews and identify each family's individual needs
Clearly explain available programs, coverage, and benefit options
Answer questions and help members make informed decisions
Complete applications, digital forms, and necessary documentation accurately
Follow up with members and provide continued support when needed
Maintain professional and dependable communication throughout the process

Your goal is to ensure every member finishes their appointment with a clear understanding of their options and greater confidence in the decisions they're making for their family.
