- LOCATION: College Station
- SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Every other week would work on weekends 4 hours each day (4 hours Saturday, 4 hours Sunday).
- PAY RATE: $14 - $14.50 per hour.

About the Role
Wereseekinga reliable and detail-orientedPorterto helpmaintainthe cleanliness and appearance of ahigh-rise residential community. This role supports both interior and exteriorcommon areasand plays an important part in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean andmaintaincommon areas, including lobbies, hallways, community spaces, gym, and pool areas
- Perform routine duties such as sweeping, mopping,trashand recycling removal
- Assistwith groundskeeping and upkeep of outdoor areas and building perimeter
- Support valet trash and recycling services as scheduled
- Reportmaintenance or safety concernstomanagement
- Provide courteous, professional service to residents, guests, and vendors
Requirements
What You Need to Succeed:
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Team-oriented with a positive, service-focused attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced residential environment
Preferred Experience:
- Previousporter, housekeeper, groundskeeper, or hotel/apartment experience preferred
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and light maintenance tasks is a plus
