Job Description
Senior Associate or Manager needed for accounting consulting firm to work on strategic financial and accounting projects for Fortune 1000 companies and other large organizations. Work can include M&A, carve-outs, IPO preparation, Revenue Recognition projects, etc. Big 4 Audit Seniors and Managers!
Compensation and benefits plans are lucrative and generous! An increase of 50% in package is typical. Travel opportunities are available - these are a choice and amount of travel is at your discretion.
In this role, you will work internally in companies to assist CFO's on important projects and work. You will use your Audit and Accounting skills to provide advisory and consulting in things like technical accounting, financial reporting, FP&A, and systems implementations.

Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification, or progress towards, preferred.
Required: 2-3+ years of relevant Audit experience & Technical Accounting experience in Big 4 (or top 8) CPA firm.
1 full year as a Senior Audit Associate
Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills including proficiency in U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Financial Accounting Services Board (FASB) rules and standards.
Strong computer desktop skills required. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (i.e., macros, pivot tables, etc.) desirable.
Demonstrated career progression and job stability.
