Weekend Shift Welder and Press Brake Operator
$23 to $33 per hour for Welding TO START $18 to $28 per hour for Press Brake to START Overtime after 36 hours Northeast Wisconsin (Just East of Green Bay) Confidential employer, represented exclusively by Your Future Career

A growing metal fabrication shop is building out a full weekend crew and hiring welders and press brake operators to run it. You work your weekend, you clear a real check, and you get 4 days back for school, family, your other job, or your own shop time.
Full weekend at $23 puts you around $828 before overtime. At $33 you are over $1,180. Overtime kicks in after 36 hours, not 40, so every extra hour on the clock pays time and a half.

What you will be doing
Welder
MIG welding on carbon steel and stainless fabricated parts
Reading prints, fit up, tacking, and finish welds to spec
Grinding, deburring, and prepping parts for the next operation
Self checking your own work against the print before it moves
Press Brake Operator
Setting up and running a CNC press brake
Loading programs, changing tooling, dialing in bend angles and flange dimensions
Verifying first article parts with tape, protractor, and gauges
Keeping tolerance tight across the run
What you need to bring
Ability to read a tape measure and a basic blueprint
MIG experience for the welding seat, hand tool and measuring comfort for the brake seat
Reliability on a weekend schedule, because the crew is small and every seat matters
Steel toes and safety glasses
No degree required. No certification required. Attitude and attendance carry more weight here than paper.
