What You'll Do:- Collaborate closely with a dynamic team to assemble state-of-the-art floor cleaning machines from start to finish, ensuring each product adheres to Tennant Company's rigorous quality standards.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools with precision, following detailed work instructions and technical documentation to ensure safety and accuracy.
- Support process improvements by providing insights and suggestions to streamline assembly and enhance product quality.
- Handle mechanical and electrical components responsibly, maintaining a safe and efficient assembly environment.
- Maintain a fast-paced workflow while consistently meeting production deadlines and quality expectations.

What We're Looking For:- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; technical degrees or previous manufacturing experience are advantageous.
- Minimum of 1 year of related mechanical assembly experience; 2+ years and a technical background are preferred.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical assembly practices.
- Dedication to producing high-quality work and actively seeking process enhancements.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and endurance.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a team environment.
