Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and program control systems primarily using Rockwell PLCs.

  • Create intuitive HMI/SCADA applications with tools like Ignition, AVEVA, and Rockwell.

  • Integrate plant data leveraging platforms such as Canary Historian and AVEVA.

  • Guide projects from initial concept through to startup and commissioning phases.

  • Conduct FAT/SAT, troubleshoot issues, and enhance system performance.

  • Collaborate directly with clients to deliver practical, high-quality solutions.


Minimum Qualifications

  • 37 years of experience in controls or system integration.

  • Proficient in PLC programming, with a preference for Rockwell systems.

  • Experience in SCADA/HMI development, Ignition experience is a plus.

  • Understanding of industrial protocols such as Ethernet/IP, Modbus, OPC UA, and IO Link.

  • Ability to interpret electrical schematics and conceptualize system designs.

  • Willingness to travel 2030% for commissioning tasks.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Canary Historian or AVEVA (Wonderware).

  • Knowledge of MQTT, Sparkplug, or IIoT architectures.

  • Basic scripting or database proficiency (SQL, Python).

  • Prior experience with system integration.
