Contracts and Compliance Administrator -NYC-
This is a hybrid setup: in office M, T, and W, remote R and F; hours 9a-5:30p this is all flexible pending candidate. Great company based in London with a strong NY presence and in tremendous growth mode with business opportunity to create.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts and Compliance Administrator to support our North America business. Reporting to the Head of Contracts and Compliance, you will be responsible for managing contractor onboarding, contract administration, and compliance processes across the United States and Canada. You will work closely with the North America sales team, contractors, clients and third-party suppliers to ensure efficient contract execution, regulatory compliance and an excellent stakeholder experience. The successful candidate will be highly organized, proactive, detail oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience supporting contingent workforce programs contractor compliance and client contract requirements within the Noarth American market is highly desirable.

Contractor Onboarding:
Oversee the onboarding process for contractors, ensuring all necessary documentation and agreements are completed across the United States and Canada.
Ensure all contractor documentation, right to work, tax, compliance and client specific requirements are completed prior to assignment commencement
Verify contractor qualifications and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Liaise with contractors and clients to resolve onboarding and compliance issues
Provide training and orientation to new contractors on company policies, procedures, and compliance expectations.

Contract Management:
Prepare, issue and manage contracts, extensions and amendments, and associated documentation.
Oversee more complex contract negotiations, including bespoke terms and conditions with minimal support from the line manager.
Maintain and update the contract management system, ensuring all contracts are accurately recorded and accessible.
Manage the contracts inbox and manage contractor correspondence.
Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly.
Complete supplier forms and ensure all necessary documentation is up to date.

Relationship Management:
Manage key relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Act as trusted point of contact for compliance and contract queries.
Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects related to operations, compliance, and finance.
Collaborate on strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery and compliance.
Partner with other departments and global sales teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.

Process Improvement:
Continuously improve processes and implement new systems to maximize efficiency.
Support implementation of new systems, controls and best practice processes.

Skills and Competencies
Experience required: Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract administration, recruitment compliance workforce compliance or similar role. Experience supporting contractor or contingent workforce engagements within North America. Experience reviewing contracts and client terms and conditions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment CRMs.
Taking initiative: Be able to demonstrate examples of taking initiative, being proactive, looking for opportunities to contribute and add value and have a growth mindset for continuous improvement. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Interpersonal and communication skills: Building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, co-workers, wider sales teams and Senior Management.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
SME experience is desirable.
