We're a small, family owned company looking for a skilled technician who can also lead our service department. This role is hands on in the shop and responsible for keeping daily operations running smoothly. For the right person, this is an opportunity to grow into a six-figure income.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and inspect vehicles with accuracy
- Oversee all service operations and shop workflow
- Assign jobs and manage technician schedules
- Submit and track warranty claims
- Maintain shop organization, cleanliness, and inventory
- Monitor employee time management and productivity
- Communicate clearly with customers and ownership

Experience:
- Service technician: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- ASE A1 Engine Repair Certification (Required)
- ASE A4 Suspension & Steering Certification (Required)
- ASE A5 Brakes Certification (Required)
- ASE A3 Manual Drive Train & Axles Certification (Required)
