We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Commercial Litigator for an in-office lateral partner opportunity in Concord.

Focus on commercial litigation involving real estate disputes
Lateral partner position, likely non-equity , depending on portable book of business
Minimum $325K+ portable book of business preferred
Opportunity to handle your own matters plus work from existing firm clients
Estimated 300+ additional hours of work available from the firm
Expected billable hours: 1,600 first year / 1,700 thereafter
Estimated base salary: $135K $170K , depending on experience and book
Potential 7.5% 10% bonuses on origination and receipt dollars, subject to negotiation
