This is a high-earning opportunity for an experienced automotive professional who knows how to lead technicians, diagnose complex repairs and keep a busy luxury service department operating at the highest level.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead, support and mentor Audi automotive technicians
- Assist technicians with complex diagnostics and difficult repairs
- Help prioritize and dispatch repair work efficiently
- Monitor workflow, productivity, quality and repair accuracy
- Perform advanced vehicle diagnostics and technical troubleshooting
- Support factory repair procedures and Audi technical standards
- Work closely with Service Advisors and management
- Help develop technician skills and maintain a high-performance shop culture
- Ensure repairs are completed safely, accurately and efficiently
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experienced Audi Shop Foreman or Automotive Shop Foreman
- Audi or European luxury automotive experience strongly preferred
- Master Technician or senior-level technician experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and technical skills
- Proven ability to lead and develop automotive technicians
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- ASE certifications are a plus
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
