Our expanding law firm is looking for an experienced estate planning and elder law attorney. We require a highly analytical applicant with excellent negotiation and organizational abilities who is available to work full-time. You will prepare documents such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney as our estate planning attorney. This role carries a great deal of responsibility and seeks to eliminate questions regarding how an estate should be managed.
