Licensed Residential Electrician - $100K+ Potential

Pay: $25-$35 per hour plus uncapped commission

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential electrical problems
- Perform electrical repairs, replacements, upgrades, and new installations
- Service electrical panels, breakers, outlets, switches, lighting, wiring, and related components
- Conduct safety inspections and identify electrical hazards
- Present repair and replacement options clearly to homeowners
- Help customers make informed decisions based on safety, performance, and budget
- Complete work in accordance with NEC standards and applicable local codes
- Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications
- Document job details and materials using ServiceTitan or similar software
- Maintain a clean job site and an organized company vehicle
- Coordinate with dispatchers, technicians, contractors, and other team members
- Participate in an on-call rotation and occasional weekend coverage
Qualifications
- Current Journeyman Electrician license or another applicable Ohio electrical license
- At least two years of residential electrical experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Knowledge of the National Electrical Code and local requirements
- Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Comfortable presenting service options and pricing to homeowners
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to meet applicable pre-employment screening requirements
- ServiceTitan or similar field-service software experience is preferred but not required
