Experienced Automotive Technician / General Mechanic Wanted

We are a family-owned automotive repair business that has been serving our community for over 25 years. We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and self-motivated Automotive Technician / General Mechanic to join our team.

We are looking for someone who can diagnose and repair today's vehicles independently and handle a wide variety of automotive repairs, including:

• Check engine light diagnosis and repairs
• Timing belts and timing chains
• Brake repairs
• Front- and rear-end suspension
• Engine replacements
• Transmission replacements
• General maintenance and repairs
• Electrical and diagnostic work

We are looking for an all-around mechanic who knows how to get the job done without needing someone to constantly look over their shoulder. You should be confident in your abilities, take pride in your work, and be able to work independently.

Requirements

• Must have your own professional tools and toolbox
• Our shop provides specialty tools when needed
• You must provide a picture of your tools and toolbox with your application
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be dependable, honest, and take pride in your work
• Must be able to diagnose problems and complete repairs independently

Schedule & Benefits

We work 5 days a week and believe in giving our employees time to enjoy life outside of work.

• One full week off for the Fourth of July that is paid.
• One full week off for Christmas that is paid.
• Most federal holidays off
• one week sick pay
