Position Overview

Agape Auto Service is seeking a skilled B-Level Automotive Technician who is reliable, efficient, and committed to delivering high-quality work. This role is ideal for a technician who can handle a wide range of diagnostics and repairs while continuing to grow their skillset in a fast-paced, team-oriented shop.
You will play a key role in keeping our customers safe and satisfied while contributing to a productive and positive shop culture.

Responsibilities

- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair on domestic and import vehicles
- Handle brake systems, suspension, steering, electrical, and engine performance work
- Accurately complete repair orders and document findings
- Follow shop workflow, timekeeping, and quality control processes
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members
- Stay up to date with industry standards and best practices

Compensation & Pay Structure

- Flat-rate pay: $38 per flag hour
- Performance-based earnings: Income increases with productivity
- Minimum pay protection: Guaranteed minimum earnings per pay period (per company policy)
- Quarterly bonus: Amount determined by management
Our compensation model is performance-driven, transparent, and structured to ensure compliance with wage and hour laws.

Requirements

- 3+ years of automotive repair experience (B-Tech level)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
- Own tools required
- ASE certifications (preferred but not required)
