The Roles -Lead Teachers - Twos & PreK You're the heartbeat of the classroom. You'll design engaging days using our P.L.A.N. curriculum, build real relationships with your students, and set the tone for a safe, joyful, well-run room - whether you're guiding curious Twos through their first big discoveries or getting PreK students ready for kindergarten. What you'll do:Plan and lead daily activities using our P.L.A.N. curriculum, tailored to Twos or PreK age groupsBuild strong, trusting bonds with students and their familiesOwn classroom management - creating a consistent, positive environment for kids and staff alikeSupport each child's physical, social-emotional, and developmental growthCommunicate clearly and warmly with families, colleagues, and your community You'll bring:3-5 years of relevant classroom experienceA bachelor's degree is required (preferably in the field of education). You may also need an MSDE 90hr Preschool Certificate or CDA Certification with Preschool Endorsement (minimum)Solid grasp of child development principles and instructional strategiesWorking knowledge of MSDE regulationsA warm, friendly, unflappable demeanor is a mustStrong written and verbal communication skillsReliability you could set a clock toAssistant Teachers - Twos & PreK You're the extra set of hands, eyes, and hugs every classroom needs. This is a great fit if you're floating between classrooms, supporting a lead teacher, or building experience toward leading your own Twos or PreK room. PayLead Teacher: $22.00-$25.00/hourAssistant Teacher/Aide: $18.00-$22.00/hourGood to Know Per Maryland State Department of Education Office of Child Care regulations, all applicants must pass a state and federal background check as a condition of employment.
