Job Description
Independently perform Methods Engineering analysis including process design, time and motion study, and recommends manufacturing line improvements. Lead Industrial Engineering projects and programs within areas of responsibility. Perform startup activities through Tier II with limited support, and complete qualifications with minimal assistance. Act as Installation Cycle Time Reduction Lead and primary point of contact(POC) for the Tier 0/1/2 installation process for the semiconductor tools. Coordinate internal resources such as Installation Team(iTeam), Field Service Organization(FSO), Customer POCs, Outsourcing Engineer(OSE) POCs and customer third party vendors for the flawless execution of installation projects. Develop detailed tool install readiness checklist to monitor and track progress. IDCL and SMART Dashboard Global implementation. Develop daily & weekly status reports and create documentation for reporting. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. Conduct daily meeting with key stakeholders to discuss on the on-going installation progress, address any delays in installations and escalate as needed. Track installation performance to target, specifically to analyze the successful completion of each milestone and overall project success. Check & verify key milestones for accurate IWN(Installation & Warranty Navigator) reporting. Improve productivity & reduce CT/Cost. Perform data analytics for Installation performance that will improve productivity and reduce cycle time and cost. Apply lean process to Equipment Installation activity and benchmarking BKM so that the learning can be implemented in future installations. Align installation schedule with Field/install team/OSE/Customer. Coordinate plan move-in, power, facilities dates with stakeholders. Analyze installation delays and lesson learned implementation. Report and escalate process anomalies to management as needed. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Materials Sciences, Industrial Engineering, or related field and 3 years of experience in any occupation in which semiconductor or industrial engineering experience was gained. Demonstrate knowledge and/or experience in each of the following: 1. MS Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint, Tableau & Power BI; 2. Global iDCL/SMART Development to track system installation Cycle Time; 3.
