We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team of 6 technicians. This role involves diagnosing and repairing a wide variety of light to medium duty vehicles, from routine oil changes to complex transmission swaps. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of experience, owns their own tools, and has reliable transportation. This position reports to the Service Manager and offers stable career growth with opportunities for skill specialization.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair automotive issues across multiple makes and models
• Perform routine maintenance including oil changes and inspections
• Manage inventory of tools and parts to support repairs
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient shop operations

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in automotive repair
• Technical certificate in automotive technology
• Proficient in engine diagnostics, brake systems, and electrical systems
• Strong tool usage and problem-solving skills
• Effective time management abilities
