Automotive Technician & Fleet Operations Associate (Hybrid Role)
Pay: $20-$25/hr Depending On Experience - 30 hrs/week to start
Schedule: 9:00 AM-4:00 PM (1-hr break), 5-6 days/week
We're hiring a hybrid mechanic + rental operations associate to support our car rental fleet. This role switches between vehicle diagnostics/repairs and customer/rental support during the day.
Key Responsibilities
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on fleet vehicles
Review daily rental manifest, assist with pickups/returns & payments
Verify IDs & insurance, follow SOP procedures
Answer calls, provide customer support as needed
Help prepare cars (wash, vacuum, quick clean)
Requirements
Automotive repair experience required
Reliable, professional, able to switch tasks quickly
Comfortable interacting with customers
Valid driver's license (own tools preferred)
