This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical aptitude and an interest in CNC machines, electrical systems, welding, troubleshooting, and industrial equipment who wants to learn from experienced maintenance professionals. You'll get hands-on experience maintaining the machines, equipment, and facility behind a 210,000-square-foot precision manufacturing operation-and build skills that can take your maintenance career to the next level.Why Strohwig? You'll work alongside experienced Maintenance Technicians while developing hands-on skills in CNC maintenance, mechanical troubleshooting, electrical systems, facility maintenance, and more.What You'll Do As a Maintenance Technician I, you'll help keep our machines, equipment, and facility running safely and efficiently. You'll:Perform routine and preventive maintenance on CNC machinesWork alongside experienced Maintenance Technicians to learn how to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problemsCheck and maintain coolant and oil levels on CNC equipmentChange filters and perform routine equipment maintenance throughout the facilityHelp maintain and repair shop and building equipment, including lighting, fans, air conditioning equipment, forklifts, cleaning equipment, and moreAssist with maintenance and repair projects throughout the shopHelp ensure machines and equipment meet safety requirementsPerform work using aerial lifts and other maintenance equipmentDevelop your knowledge of industrial maintenance, machine tools, electrical systems, mechanical troubleshooting, welding, and facility maintenanceWhat We're Looking For We're not expecting you to know everything on Day One.
