Position Purpose
The HR Generalist ensures Lad Lake has an effective, responsive, and compliant employee lifecycle-from attracting qualified candidates through hiring, onboarding, benefits, leave, employment changes, and ongoing HR support.
The Generalist owns recruiting for assigned positions and serves as a key operational connection between candidates, employees, leaders, and HR. They ensure candidates and employees experience HR processes that reflect Lad Lake's mission and THRIVE.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- 3-5 years progressive HR experience.
- Full-cycle recruiting experience required.
- Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and employment requirements.
- Benefits and HRIS experience.
- ADP Workforce Now preferred.
- SHRM-CP preferred.
- Master's degree preferred.
