Milwaukee, WI Area $20-$35+/hour Full-Time Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

We're currently hiring Commercial Painters to join a growing team working on commercial and industrial painting projects throughout Southeastern Wisconsin. We have a major upcoming project in the Racine area and are looking to add approximately 20 painters to the team. The company is looking for dependable employees they can eventually bring on as permanent members of their workforce.

Pay- 8 Hour min pay per day guaranteed

• $20-$23/hour - Some commercial painting experience
• $25-$32/hour - Experienced commercial painters
• $35-$38/hour - Foremen or highly skilled lead painters with proven leadership experience

Pay is based on experience, skill level, and overall work history.

Responsibilities

• Interior and exterior commercial painting
• Surface preparation
• Rolling, brushing, and spraying paint and coatings
• Protecting work areas and maintaining a clean, safe job site
• Working from ladders, lifts, and scaffolding when needed
• Following safety procedures and project specifications
• Working as part of a professional crew to complete projects on schedule

Requirements

• Previous commercial painting experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Reliable transportation is required
• Willingness to travel to job sites throughout the Milwaukee area and within approximately 30-45 minutes of Milwaukee
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
