The Role

As an Automotive Technician, you'll perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles in a well-equipped, modern shop. Whether you're a C level tech looking to build your skills or a B level tech ready to take on more complex work, we'll support your growth with factory training and a clear path forward.

What You'll Do

• Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, brake service, and multi-point inspections
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using dealership diagnostic equipment
• Complete repairs efficiently and accurately according to manufacturer specifications
• Document all work performed clearly on repair orders
• Communicate findings and recommendations to service advisors
• Follow all safety procedures and keep your work area clean and organized
• Stay current on Acura service bulletins, recalls, and technical updates
• Work collaboratively with the service team to keep the shop running smoothly

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience as an automotive technician (B or C level)
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
• ASE certifications preferred; Acura or Honda factory training a plus
• Own set of basic hand tools
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
