The ideal nanny is warm and nurturing while also confident, structured, safety-minded, organized, and emotionally supportive. Responsibilities include school transportation, activities, homework, organizing the children's belongings, laundry, dishes, errands, tidying, meal prep/cooking, and helping with unpacking and organization as the family settles into their new home. $27-$32/hour, with potential for additional hours for agreed-upon household projects.
