Commission based pay, large work area. 3 service writers, 8 techs in addition to you, 20k sq/ft building. 30 + years in business. We have exceptional customer satisfaction ratings and we need technicians who take pride in the quality of their work. Pay should be upwards of $80k per year and a truly expert technician should be over 100k per year.
