Automotive Technician - European Specialist
Location: BMV Service, Gaithersburg, MD
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-6 p.m.

The Role
As a full-time Automotive Technician, you will:
Perform diagnostics, routine maintenance, and complex repairs on European vehicles (BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Porsche, VW)
Use advanced diagnostic equipment and dealer-level tools to troubleshoot engines, transmissions, brakes, suspensions, climate control, and electrical systems across all major European brands
Communicate clearly with service writer and internal team members-update service writer in real-time with photos, recommended services, and progress reports
Ensure top-tier craftsmanship and strictly follow OEM procedures
Maintain accurate service records and recommendations for follow-up work
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2+ years working specifically with European vehicles (BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Porsche, VW)
Technical Skills:
Proficient with advanced diagnostic tools and electronic systems
Skilled in engine/transmission work, braking systems, A/C, and electrical diagnostics
Comfortable working independently and handling complex repairs
Certifications: ASE certification preferred; European brand-specific training is a plus
Soft Skills:
