ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a dependable, hands-on person to support day-to-day upkeep across our residential and commercial properties. If you like variety, work well without much supervision, and take pride in doing a job right, this is a great fit.
No two days look the same - some days you're assembling office furniture, some days you're power washing, some days you're organizing a shop or storage space.

• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy in both private and professional settings
• Comfortable safely operating basic hand and power tools
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Good communicator who can take direction and also work independently
• Willingness to learn new skills on the fly
• High school diploma or GED
Nice to Have (Not Required): Experience in maintenance, facilities, or construction; ability to tow a trailer.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs; stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout a shift; work safely on a ladder; and work outdoors in varying weather. Occasional work outside normal business hours may be required.
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
Compensation: $17-$22 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday, daytime, some flexibility
Background check required.
