REQUIRES CURRENT/RECENT P&C INSURANCE CARRIER FINANCIAL EXPERIENCE, personal lines is preferred - small to medium sized carrier
This growth-poised personal lines carrier is looking to ensure their succession plan. They will attract an out-of-the-box thinker, a visionary of sorts who brings an eye for strategic growth and business expansion. The newly created role will report to the CFO and will play a role in the strategic growth and financial management of the company. Role created to become right hand to this CFO.
The successful candidate possesses strong strategic thinking abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and a comprehensive understanding of the financial operations of a property and casualty insurance industry. A plus will be to have experience in personal lines and that you bring high energy, a collaborative spirit and out-of-the-box thinking.
Your background should include, and your responsibilities should include this experience: strategic planning, FP&A, financial system and controls transformation, data analytics, risk management mitigation, investment and financial reporting oversight.
This role will require boots on the ground near Salt Lake City, Utah with no opportunity to work remotely.
