Maintenance Manager
Salary $100,000 - $115,000 + Benefits + Bonus + Paid Relocation to Upstate NY
Were looking for a strong Maintenance Manager who can lead a maintenance organization toward a more proactive, reliability-focused operation. This Maintenance Manager role is ideal for a hands-on leader who brings technical maintenance expertise, accountability, and the ability to successfully implement change.
What Youll Do as the Maintenance Manager:
Drive proactive reliability and downtime reduction.
Implement and improve maintenance processes, policies, and procedures.
Strengthen CMMS, MRO, and parts management processes.
Lead change initiatives and build a more proactive maintenance organization.
Manage smaller capital equipment implementation projects.
Drive improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency.
Develop the team while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
Minimum requirements for this Maintenance Manager role:
At least 5 years of maintenance leadership experience, preferably in food & beverage.
Strong technical maintenance and organizational experience.
Experience with CMMS systems.
Demonstrated success implementing organizational and process changes.
Strong leadership, accountability, and change-management skills.
Resilient leader who is willing to learn and continue developing.
