Coordinator III

Westwood Administration - East

Position Summary / Career Interest:

Responsibilities involve supervision and management of all aspects of the administrative staff and administrative operations of the Division. Handles various financial tasks such as payroll processing budgeting, invoices and grant endowment.

Accountable to the Senior Administrator in ensuring all departmental and organizational policies, process and procedures are followed.

Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions

Directs daily operations of the office
Maintains records of expenditures for the division budget
Oversight of key division/section specific areas
Manages resident/fellowship program of the division
Manages consult, call and clinic schedules
Manages endowment and research accounts
Coordinates annual faculty assessment process
Manages recruitment of faculty members
Any duties of Coordinator I/II as assigned.
Must be able to perform the professional, clinical and or technical competencies of the assigned unit or department.

Required Education and Experience

Bachelors Degree Experience may be substituted for education on a year for year basis.
2 or more years supervisory experience.

Preferred Education and Experience

3 or more years administrative experience preferred, including one year with a health care organization.
